Role: Assembly Technician
Location: Hockerton, near Southwell, Nottinghamshire
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Our client, a leading company in water reuse and sustainability is seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join their growing team. This full-time role involves working within the production team, collaborating closely with the engineering, operations, accounts, and sales teams. The role focuses on the assembly of electrical and mechanical systems, quality control, and contributing to the production of water conservation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electrical wiring and plumbing in control panels (training provided)
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical equipment using correct hand tools safely
  • Prepare and pack equipment in line with production schedules
  • Test and monitor equipment prior to delivery, ensuring the highest quality standards
  • Maintain high Health & Safety standards, keep workspaces tidy, and dispose of waste responsibly
  • Load and offload equipment safely using appropriate methods
  • Assist with stock-taking, accept deliveries, and manage stock levels and documentation
  • Update CRM systems and ensure all records and paperwork are accurate

Requirements:
